Chocolate Oil for Savory Dishes

100 grams 72% Coucher du Soleil
100 mL olive oil
15 grams Cocoa Rouge

Directions

Melt chocolate over a double boiler.  So get a pot of water, once it starts to boil place a bowl on top with the chocolate in it and let it melt. Once the chocolate is melted, add the cocoa powder. Slowly mix in the olive oil.
