CHOCOLATE FONDUE

Fun and festive for a party; keep it interesting by varying what you serve to dip in the fondue.

Ingredients

1 ⅔ cups (10 oz) GUITTARD SUPER COOKIE CHIPS

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons liqueur (optional)

Directions

Melt chocolate and cream in top of double boiler over low heat stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in liqueur.

Heat chocolate and cream in medium microwave safe bowl at medium power (50% or level 5) for 1 minute, stir well, then at 30 second intervals until smooth. Stir in liqueur (if using).

Microwave Instructions: Keep sauce warm during dipping in a fondue pot or in top of double boiler. Make skewers with bite-sized chunks of fruit, cake and marshmallows or dip individual pieces into sauce with fondue forks or toothpicks. Proceed as directed.
