What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than with chocolate? We will sample chocolate desserts in the class and also offer some to take home to enjoy later in the evening. Guittard Chocolate has just published a beautiful new cookbook that we will be cooking from as well. Everyone in class will receive a surprise from Guittard and a few cookbooks will be given away!
