Spend a delicious evening of fine chocolate with James Beard Award winning cookbook author, Alice Medrich.  Taste and learn about different styles of chocolate and cocoa, how cacao percentages impact recipes, and how to choose and work with the diversity of Guittard chocolates to make simple but impressive desserts.  Classes are demonstration style— with copious tasting—and geared for discerning home cooks!
