Chef Donald will be serving up 15,000-slices of his famous Grandmother's Chocolate Cake at the Beverly Hills Centennial Birthday Celebration.
10-feet high, 20-feet wide, and weighing in at approximately 4,000 pounds, the cake will depict the iconic Beverly Hills City Hall tower and the world-reknown Rodeo Drive.
A limited-edition Guittard chocolate bar will be given out at the event.
